Nowadays, when every second seller is shouting loudly with announcements about “healthiest dishes”, “ecologic products” and so on, it is not so easy to decide whether it’s really healthy, or is it just another burger marketing campaign to increase their profits. That is why i will not load you with a bunch of necessary material, but bring you the real facts.

No one will ever try to argue that berries, fruits and vegetables aren’t good for you, i guess. Fruits and vegetables have lots of fiber, which is good for your digestive system. It is also a good source of vitamins, fructose and even protein. However, i would like to introduce you with the greatest source of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals from nature – berries.

Why berries are the top food on earth?

Berries components glucose and fructose is the great source of energy. Vitamins increases the body’s resistance against diseases and viruses. Tanning substances suppress inflammation. Minerals provide normal organs and endocrine glands. Organic acids improve digestion and relieve from thirst. Fiber not only improves the intestinal tract, but also promotes a feeling of satiety. And of source it is the greatest source of antioxidants! Antioxidants may prevent the formation of free radicals, neutralize already formed and remediation of damage. Strawberries

These berries have a huge load of vitamin C. It is also a good source of kalium (K) which is good for your heart and blood vessels.

The easiest way to make a strawberry smoothie is to take 1 cup of strawberries, a half of banana, 1 cup of low fat yogurt and add 1/4 cup of skim milk. Start blending with strawberries and banana. When products are chopped, simply add yogurt and milk and blend it untill smooth. The dose of vitamins and antioxidants is guaranteed!

Raspberries

Intelligent doctors call them aspirin with no side effects. Also characterized by nausea and inflammation hindering performance.

The recipe of raspberry smoothie can be very similar to strawberry. Simply change milk into juice (pineapple or peaches) and you can enjoy your healthy food.

Blueberries

The tired eyes start recovering by regularly eating blueberries. The pilots during World War 2 had been eating lots of blueberries to make their seeing better.

One of my favourite blueberry smoothie recipes is to take 1 cup of blueberries, 1 pear, 1 teaspoon Flax seeds, 1/6 cup of yogurt. Simply blend all together. Cheers!

Cranberries

These berries are stopping bacteria, reducing thirst and temperature is also a good source of vitaminc B and C. It also removes the toxic substance and heavy metals from your body.

A good way of natural supplement for you immune system is to take 1 cup of cranberries, 1 teaspoon honey, 1/4 orange juice (better fresh) and a half of cup of yogurt. Blend all ingredients at once. You can add one mint leaf as optional for a better flavor.

Blackberries

Last but not least. It is the irreplaceable source of a strong antioxidant acid which stops from aging and cancer cells formation. Blacberries are full of vitamins C and E, glucose and organic acids.

This blackberry smoothie recipe could be called the inexhaustible source of life. Take 1 cup of blackberries, 1 teaspoon flax seeds, 1/4 cup of plum juice and 3 table spoons of yogurt. Blend all together untill smooth. Cheers!
